I recently completed the Commercial Property Investing course and have been really impressed with it. It isn't just theory - it walks you through the commercial property process in a genuinely practical way, covering the numbers, due diligence, finance, structures, negotiation, and the key things to consider before committing to a property. The examples and spreadsheets were particularly useful, making it easy to see how to apply what you're learning to real opportunities. I found the whole course clear, practical, and well worth doing. Steve himself is also great to deal with - knowledgeable, genuine, and happy to share his experience without over complicating things. He's helped me overcome some limiting beliefs I had about commercial property investing, and has taken the time to answer every question I've thrown at him. Since finishing the course, I've followed up with Steve and am now using his buyer's agent services to work through purchasing a commercial property myself. I'll update this review once the purchase is complete, but so far I've been happy with the experience and would definitely recommend Steve and the course to anyone looking to get into commercial property.

Having been a long-term listener of Steve’s podcast for the last couple years I had expectations of a smooth process from start to finish. When initially reaching out being fully aware how complicated commercial property acquisition can be I was very sceptical that could be achieved. From the first person I spoke with it was very clear that everyone in the Palise team had a defined role to play with my property journey. They clearly stated who was responsible for what, and followed through on exactly what they said they would. Of course any acquisition is never seamless but the roles played by the Palise team dealt with everything as it came up and overall the well owed machine made a very complicated process seem easy. Will definitely be doing more business in the future.

Steve breaks down commercial property investing in a way that’s practical, easy to understand and genuinely useful. I came away with a much better understanding of the numbers, what to look for in a property and how to approach commercial property investing with greater confidence. There are plenty of takeaways I can put into practice moving forward. If you’re serious about learning commercial property investing, I’d highly recommend Steve Palise and this course.

Robert, Stefan and Kassandra and the due diligence and settlements team were fantastic to work with throughout this buying process. Both Robert and Stefan were very patient and informative when describing the properties that were presented, outlining pros and cons and giving estimates on possible properties within our price range. The settlements team were very professional and kept all parties in line during the buying process. Further introductions to other parties (conveyancer and property manager), allowed the whole process to run smoothly. Palise property runs a very professional and efficient service, I highly recommend them and hope to work with them again in the future.

This free course is a great introduction to the terminology and considerations involved if you are considering investing in commercial property. The figures used in the example are somewhat optimistic, however if you are using these as learning examples rather than real expectations, then you can get a good grasp on the basics and make your decisions from there. Well presented and easy to work through, this course is well worth doing

Having completed both the Residential and Commercial online courses, I can confidently say they are incredibly informative and cover every single detail you need. After spending years trying to piece this information together on my own, I only wish I’d found Steve’s courses sooner—everything is right there on the platform. I’m currently reading his book on property development and can’t wait to jump into the online course as soon as it launches.

This was my first major commercial property purchase. I had no idea what I was doing, which is exactly why I needed to engage a buyer's agent. It took me over a decade to save enough to get to the position where I could even consider buying a substantial commercial property, so I wasn’t going to just trust the first person I came across. After hours and hours of research, I chose Palise Property over competitors like Rethink Investing because I wanted genuine personal service rather than just being a number. Steve proved that from day one — answering a cold email and agreeing to meet me face-to-face for a coffee before I was even a client. Getting a result took three attempts. When an attempt fails, it means Palise has already done a lot of work on that property but doesn’t end up getting paid; imagine that! One deal fell through when a proposed tenant pulled out and Palise recommended we not proceed. They tanked another property themselves because the due diligence raised hidden issues that had the potential to cause real pain in the future. What you need to know is that they could have easily pushed those deals through just to get their fee, but they genuinely put my interests first. The entire team was excellent to deal with and made sure all my questions were answered throughout the process. If you want a team that actually works for you and protects your hard-earned capital, I highly recommend Palise.
