I completed Steve’s Commercial Property course and it was excellent! Very informative and explained everything I needed to know before getting into an investment. I’ve since used the information and taken on Palise Property to source me a Commercial property. Thanks for giving so much useful information freely, including your book series - it’s very helpful for people deciding which way to go and needing the info to make a choice. I will be using Palise Property for future property investments too

I'm just an average aussie middle income earner. I read Steve's book and then bit the bullet & signed up with Palise back in 2022. I had a small budget but still felt like I was valued. Steve's team found me a great property. The team screened properties and emailed me the good ones (along with a bunch of stats/due diligence checks) to look at. I ended up buying one in Brissy/good location, good tenant, good lease, good property manager & good return. Fast forward 4 years (today) & capital growth has increased 30% 🤑 and this place basically just looks after itself. There's so much value (in dollars saved and also your mental health saved!) in setting it all up correctly from the start and doing the checks to make sure you're not buying a lemon!! 5 Starts from me - I don't know this stuff well enough to analyse it on my own, but I can do it with support from the people who live and breathe commercial property. If I can do it, anyone can do it. Tellin' ya now!

I have bought two commercial properties with Palise Property. They found a very good off-market property both times, which ticked all the boxes, such as having good ROI, a good capital growth and potential for future development. They gave me all the information about local sales and income, and outgoings of the property. They negotiated the price of the property with the seller and conducted an excellent due diligence. They negotiated a further price reduction against all the items I was concerned about in the property inspection report. They found a good property inspector, a conveyancing lawyer and a real estate agent to manage the property I bought. I had a lot anxieties as these were my first commercial real estate investments but they answered all my questions and suggested good solutions. I felt that I was in good hands as they have an excellent knowledge of commercial properties. I would highly recommend them if you do not have much knowledge of commercial real estate investing. They have an excellent team which will hold your hand and take care of everyting. I went back to them for my second property when I realised that they got me something which ticked all the boxes.

Just settled on our First commercial property through Palise. Enjoyed the journey from Start to finish, every obstacle or challenge was easily resolved. With multiple deals falling through initially the team never compromised Quality or Price, we simply moved on to the next. This reconfirmed we are doing business with the right team. Eventually settled on a Retail space with a 15 year lease, a fantastic outcome.
