Just settled on our First commercial property through Palise. Enjoyed the journey from Start to finish, every obstacle or challenge was easily resolved. With multiple deals falling through initially the team never compromised Quality or Price, we simply moved on to the next. This reconfirmed we are doing business with the right team. Eventually settled on a Retail space with a 15 year lease, a fantastic outcome. Would certainly not have achieved this result on our own, the research and due diligence along with the guidance they provide is first class. I am already excited about the next deal and continuing our journey with Palise property.

I have bought two commercial properties with Palise Property. They found a very good off-market property both times, which ticked all the boxes, such as having good ROI, a good capital growth and potential for future development. They gave me all the information about local sales and income, and outgoings of the property. They negotiated the price of the property with the seller and conducted an excellent due diligence. They negotiated a further price reduction against all the items I was concerned about in the property inspection report. They found a good property inspector, a conveyancing lawyer and a real estate agent to manage the property I bought. I had a lot anxieties as these were my first commercial real estate investments but they answered all my questions and suggested good solutions. I felt that I was in good hands as they have an excellent knowledge of commercial properties. I would highly recommend them if you do not have much knowledge of commercial real estate investing. They have an excellent team which will hold your hand and take care of everyting. I went back to them for my second property when I realised that they got me something which ticked all the boxes.

To begin, If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My wife and I engaged Palise after spending the better part of 6 months hunting down every bit of commercial investing information and resource that was out there - from podcasts, discovery calls with various BAs, blogs and Google reviews to books (yes, including Steve's incredibly detailed 'how-to' ones). Even though we were coming from a well-established residential portfolio, we knew even after all the education and research we had done that we simply didn't have the necessary skill set to execute on a sound commercial acquisition. The Palise team absolutely nailed it. BAs are designed to 'hold your hand' through investment purchases but the experience with Palise was second to none (not to mention how much we've personally grown as investors as a result). Having now gone through the process, it's clear that we just couldn't have achieved the outcome that we did without them. We will certainly be picking up the phone to make the second acquisition with them as quick as we can.

Recently settled my first commercial asset with Palise. From the initial engagement through to post-settlement, I found their service to exceed expectations. Their settlements team, combined with a high level of due diligence, meant I felt confident when a few issues arrived. I asked a lot of questions and the team were productive and time effective and thorough in their replies. All the aspects of the property hit the brief in which we were looking for. A stable tenant, good lease and in a solid area. The team negotiated and secured the property at a highly competitive yield in the current market. I feel more confident I have secured a superior asset to what I could have sourced on my own. I look forward to working with the team at Palise again on the next one.

Buying a large commercial property was something I had never done before. I didn't know what I didn't know, I was unsure and wanted to be sure I was making the rite decision. We engaged Palise Property to acquire a suitable commercial property to add to our portfolio due to the last bad experience with another buyers agent, and are very happy with the results. From the beginning, It was a smooth process and we were able to secure an off-market property that we would not have otherwise found. I have previously used 3 other buyers agents for 3 other commercial property purchases. Palise were the only ones that were able to present a suitable property that was actually 'off-market' and not publicly listed (At least I could not find myself). The last one buyer's agent that i worked with was based on the many rave reviews. But honestly, they were the worst of the 4, it feels like they were working for the seller rather than the buyer trying to offload the properties to unsuspecting first time buyers. I felt there was a lot more engagement with palise on the prospective properties and a lot more discussion and negotiation and (zoom) meetings etc so that we were completely satisfied with the terms of the sale. On a side note they were able to assist with the financial side as we ran into a snag. Palise were able to come up with a solution that allowed me to buy at a higher price point than I intended as the property was exactly what I was looking for albeit initially out of my price range. I highly recommend Palise Property to anyone looking for professional and reliable assistance in real estate investing, particularly first time commercial investors.
