I acquired a commercial property with Palise Property, after an extremely frustrating experience with one of their main competitors. Palise Property (PP) were prompt to my requests, attentive to client needs, and extremely detailed when it came to finding investment opportunities and the negotiation and transaction process. I am now looking to do it again with PP to round out my investment portfolio. The PP team demonstrate extreme competence and each team member, including my post-transaction asset manager are best in class, in my experience (and I have multiple deals in my experience). PP are with their client every step of the way and make the process easy. I strongly recommend PP to any investor in the commercial space.

4 years ago I began exploring how to create passive income for early retirement and potentially build generational wealth with an SMSF. The books and podcasts from Steve Palise were compelling. I have always been drawn to “bricks and mortar” and needed the right advice, guidance and courage to enter Commercial Real Estate with our 7 figure equity built on the back of residential properties. Steve Palise introduced me to Liam Carmody and once we were on the same page we considered 3-4 different properties and leases. It was a lot at the time and it was quite ‘all consuming’ for a while but now 3 years later it feels right. I interviewed and considered 2 other commercial buyers agents but Palise was a clear choice. Don’t rush in, read the books, listen to the podcasts. Research yields, postcodes, vacancy rates…..but if you do all the work and the numbers add up then don’t procrastinate either! Steve Palise and Liam Carmody are genuine guys that I would gladly have a beer with. Yes there are fees but this is about experience and hustle and off market opportunities and they are well embedded to sort the wheat from the chaff.

I'm just an average aussie middle income earner. I read Steve's book and then bit the bullet & signed up with Palise back in 2022. I had a small budget but still felt like I was valued. Steve's team found me a great property. The team screened properties and emailed me the good ones (along with a bunch of stats/due diligence checks) to look at. I ended up buying one in Brissy/good location, good tenant, good lease, good property manager & good return. Fast forward 4 years (today) & capital growth has increased 30% 🤑 and this place basically just looks after itself. There's so much value (in dollars saved and also your mental health saved!) in setting it all up correctly from the start and doing the checks to make sure you're not buying a lemon!! 5 Starts from me - I don't know this stuff well enough to analyse it on my own, but I can do it with support from the people who live and breathe commercial property.
