Iv'e purchased my first commercial investment property though the team at Palise and couldn't be happier. I wasn't after a quick fix or get rich quick scheme, rather be able to retire in 15 or so years without the need to worry about retirement funds. Now I'm looking for my second property through a self managed super fund to increase my portfolio to really make retirement a dream. These guys know they are doing and I'm more than happy to use them again.

This free course is a great introduction to the terminology and considerations involved if you are considering investing in commercial property. The figures used in the example are somewhat optimistic, however if you are using these as learning examples rather than real expectations, then you can get a good grasp on the basics and make your decisions from there. Well presented and easy to work through, this course is well worth doing
