2 Up and counting! I first worked with Palise Property, specifically Adrian, in 2023 to buy a commercial property that’s done really well, and I’ve just purchased my second one through them. The reason I came back to them was not because of one thing, but because of all the little things they do right. Great detail on opportunities, clear and honest answers, and you can tell they really know their stuff. I’ll definitely be working with them again as my portfolio grows.

I've been working through the free commercial property course on their website, and it's been extremely helpful. I don't come from a property background, so much of the material is new to me, but Steve presents the content at a great pace - it's thorough without ever feeling overwhelming. The course covers a wide range of topics and explains them in a clear and relatable way. The accompanying spreadsheets are particularly useful, as they help illustrate how an investment can progress over time and make the concepts much easier to understand. I have nothing but positive things to say about the course and would highly recommend it to anyone taking their first steps into commercial property.
