I am currently working through Steve Palise's property investment courses for commercial and residential. These courses are absolutely amazing and provide such a detailed resource in an easy to understand language. Steve is so generous to put something like this together and offer it for free!

This is a genuinely impressive course with right amount and type of information. The instructor does not confuse with lengthy videos, rather these are short, to the point and talk about the essential information that an investor should know. The best part is the simplicity of the course, the way information is explained with real concrete examples. Never looking anywhere for information after this course. Well done.

Covering 9 modules and over 70 self paced videos, it covers all the foundational knowledge you will need. Having completed another buyer's agents online course at a rip off price of $899, I can confidently say that Steve's course is worthy of paying for and yet still, he hasn't charged a single cent. Not only has Steve clearly explained all the key concepts, he has explained best practice on how to apply them along the way. Above all, what stood out to me about Steve's content and approach is that it is genuinely intended to educate you and help you become more knowledgable - without any upsell or sales tactics involved. The most amazing buyers agent I've worked with. From the initial consult with Nina and Liam, to working with Matt and then Letitia. It made a stressful time less stressful. A special shout out to Matt. He made this experience fun, educational and took alot of stress off my shoulders. Especially with the 3 hour time difference he was able to work on my schedule, give the guidance we needed and did everything he could until the final minute to make it all work in our favour. He is amazing and will be our point of contact for any future purchases. If I could give each staff member 5 stars it wouldn't be enough. I have read Steve's book on Commercial Property and I have done his free course. The book is great but the course is next level.
