I have been working through Steve Palise's Commercial Property Institute course which I have been able to access for free. This course provides incredible value and insights into the process of investigating and purchasing a commercial property. The value of the resource is something I have not seen offered anywhere else in the marketplace.

I did the Palise Property commercial investment course and also read Steve‘s book. It is exactly the same content in both, but I found the reinforcement of the information really valuable and helpful. Have not yet taken the plunge into buying commercial property though.

As a typical 'Dad' investor who is just entering the property market, I have found Steve's books, the podcast and his commercial property course an absolute wealth of knowledge. They are easily accessible, regardless of where you are on your investment journey. Between Steve impeccable facial hair and Andrew's smooth vocal tones, you'll be able to level up your property game very quickly!

I would give 6 stars if I could! What a team these guys are. After having a few meetings with other commercial BA’s - I had the best feeling and decided to go with Palise and I wasn’t wrong in making that choice . Everything was easy , quick and smooth. Everyone communicated along the way all the time and they found us a property pretty quickly. Not only did they find us a property - it was what we wanted - with an even better yeild/return than we thought . Couldn’t recommend them enough.
