If you are researching the commercial space, you are likely aware of the buyers agents that are the “bigger players” in this space which is why you would be reading this review. We read multiple books and found Steves book to be extremely informative, an excellent tool to bring the commercial world into layman's terms. My husband are I are both familiar and very comfortable in the residential investment space and learnt throughout the process how pivotal it is to have an excellent team behind you, who understand the intricate and more complex world of commercial investment. The team at Palise with their expertise and knowledge are worth more than their fee to your average “mum and dad investor.” Special mention to Kaine who initiated our meet with Steve and checked in throughout the whole process providing valuable insight into any queries, Adrian who answered our 100 calls and questions along the way with a lot of patience and knowledge and Angela for ensuring the back end ran smoothly. The Palise team made the transaction as smooth as possible, ironing out any usual bumps along the road with such ease and knowledge. We are excited about the end result and will be back for round 2 with the Palise team.

Used Palise Property recently for my first commercial purchase. They found a good property, I felt supported throughout, and good communication. In particular I felt Robert (in acquisitions) went above and beyond.

I mostly dealt with Robert from Palise property who was very helpful and responsive during my commercial property purchase. I have also talked to the owner Steve and director Liam a few times, and both are great guys who are down to earth and willing to provide their insights and advice. The only issue I have is the lessee of my property being in arrears for over a month which we didn't find out until the day before settlement. Not a great start but hoping it's a once off issue due to the changeover in property management. I will update the review once I have had the lessee for a few more months.
