Steve and the team over-delivered. Thanks to their work we have secured a really high quality property within our budget. Not only is the yield really excellent (a nice change from residential properties) and hassle-free, there is also the potential to divide the property into two smaller units at a higher square meter rate in the future. I mostly dealt with Robert from Palise property who was very helpful and responsive during my commercial property purchase. I have also talked to the owner Steve and director Liam a few times, and both are great guys who are down to earth and willing to provide their insights and advice. The only issue I have is the lessee of my property being in arrears for over a month which we didn't find out until the day before settlement. Not a great start but hoping it's a once off issue due to the changeover in property management. I will update the review once I have had the lessee for a few more months.

If you’re going to invest in commercial property then doing this course is an absolute must!! This Course gives a real in depth and thorough look at all aspects of investing in commercial property, giving you the knowledge and skill to purchase commercial property with confidence. Great book just a step up from that. Some really great free resources complement each module, allowing you to input your own figures for different calculations. This course is worth every cent, well done Steve!!! Further to this I just purchased my first commercial property through Palise buyers agency. Any questions I had were all answered, they guided me along the whole process from sourcing the property through to organising a depreciation schedule.
