Steve and the team over-delivered. Thanks to their work we have secured a really high quality property within our budget. Not only is the yield really excellent (a nice change from residential properties) and hassle-free, there is also the potential to divide the property into two smaller units at a higher square meter rate in the future. Solid, steady, but with potential for value-added down the road. We are very happy with the result. The purchase process was very well handled.

I would give 6 stars if I could! What a team these guys are. After having a few meetings with other commercial BA’s - I had the best feeling and decided to go with Palise and I wasn’t wrong in making that choice . Everything was easy , quick and smooth. Everyone communicated along the way all the time and they found us a property pretty quickly. Not only did they find us a property - it was what we wanted - with an even better yeild/return than we thought . Couldn’t recommend them enough.
