I engaged for a 2nd time after the great success we had with the 1st one. Steve & his team again provided a very professional service. They looked into my personal circumstances and found a solution for me. The process was seamless from the initial briefing all the way to executing the contract. There was no pressure only really good and informative advice. I would highly recommend Palise Property as a buyer's agent for residential & commercial property and I will definitely be engaging them again in the near future. I signed up with Palise Property in December 2024 after hearing great things, but my experience was very different. They presented several property options in March, but all were vague, and when I asked for more details, responses were slow and conflicting. Emails came from different people with no internal coordination. It felt chaotic and unprofessional. By June, I declined moving forward and formally withdrew, but they never followed up or addressed my concerns. Instead, after I shared my feedback, I was threatened with legal action unless I retracted my comments. That strongly suggests they’re more concerned with silencing criticism than resolving issues. Overall disappointing, disorganised, and alarming lack of client care. Would not recommend.

I am a customer of Palise Property and had enagaged them to source a commercial property, that is to settle soon. I have had an unpleasant experience with Palise Property and now they are involving legal instead of collaboration. I would not recommend engaging with them and advise caution before signing up to their service as buyers agents.

The end to end experience with the Palise team was fantastic and perfect for someone like me who is extremely time poor. Even right at the death knock, when something became apparent (which was my error), the Palise team somehow found out about it, jumped in, and rectified it for me - something that they didn't have to do. We engaged Palise Property to acquire a suitable commercial property to add to our portfolio due to the last bad experience with another buyers agent, and are very happy with the results. From the beginning, It was a smooth process and we were able to secure an off-market property that we would not have otherwise found. I have previously used 3 other buyers agents for 3 other commercial property purchases. Palise were the only ones that were able to present a suitable property that was actually 'off-market' and not publicly listed (At least I could not find myself). The last one buyer's agent that i worked with was based on the many rave reviews. But honestly, they were the worst of the 4, it feels like they were working for the seller rather than the buyer trying to offload the properties to unsuspecting first time buyers. I felt there was a lot more engagement with palise on the prospective properties and a lot more discussion and negotiation and (zoom) meetings etc so that we were completely satisfied with the terms of the sale. On a side note they were able to assist with the financial side as we ran into a snag. Palise were able to come up with a solution that allowed me to buy at a higher price point than I intended as the property was exactly what I was looking for albeit initially out of my price range. I highly recommend Palise Property to anyone looking for professional and reliable assistance in real estate investing, particularly first time commercial investors.

Great experience. We successfully purchased our property through Palise in a completely different state to where we live.
