Once we chose our place, the buying process as extremely easy and they made the process as stress free as it could have been.

Last year I engaged 2 commercial buyers advocates Palise property and another larger company. Long story short deal with Palise fell though at the very end. Due to valuation. Secured property with other advocate. found Palise the better to deal with, I got more properties sent through from them, I felt they actually had my back, they called me more to discuss matters, Liam was great to deal with, I actually spoke with owner Steve, Found their recommendations genuine with multiple suggestions and no vested interest and their relationship with my external Conveyancer was better. Will only go with Palise on the next one. Everyone else I recommend you find someone else 😉

Got given the free commercial real-estate education program from Palise Property, it has turned out to be exactly what I have been trying to find on YouTube. An in-depth, very well explained series of videos and literature/tools to educate myself past the "basics" that are on YouTube in a huge number. The constant availability of Steve to help explain and direct more well explained answers on each module is quite impressive. Very well spent time completing this course IMHO.

Recently completed the commercial Property Institute Course from Palise Property and it is the most comprehensive offering I have seen. It looks at all of the questions, concepts and practical knowledge to take on commercial investing yourself. The course provider Steve is on-hand to answer questions and comments as well! My partner and I purchased our first residential investment a year and a half ago with Palise Property and they were fantastic. Steve and Liam were able to lock down a Duplex for us and in that time the property has grown in value, plus the rent has gone up significantly since we purchased! We have just settled on our second residential investment property today and I am so thankful for Letitia throughout this process. We gave her a bit of a challenge with wanting to buy in a booming capital city with a limited budget (a task that seemed impossible). Letitia was extremely determined and was able to not only secure a property for us well under market value that fit within our price range, but the property ticked every single box on our wish list (a task that seemed even more impossible). We have bought two investments with the Palise team - a duplex in Queensland in our names, and a commercial warehouse also in Queensland within a trust inside of our SMSF. We have had some experience in the residential space, but it was still very reassuring to access their knowledge of where to look, use them to negotiate (which I'm not great at), and then follow their system in doing all of the due diligence and completing settlement. I just felt like it absorbed some of the risk, and we were quite happy to pay for that. We are quite new to both the SMSF and commercial property world, so we really relied on the team, along with our mortgage broker, to guide us. It is quite a complex process, but was broken down into easier steps by the team. Again, we were happy to pay for this quality of service. I would recommend Steve and his team to anyone who wants to take the leap into working towards their future but would like support to make sure they don't stuff it up!

I can only comment regarding Steve course on the commercial property institute, as I haven’t used his other services. However I found the course structure and content to be very informative and detailed. The course gives access to some great spread sheets and due diligence check lists. Really useful tools. Great work Steve and thanks for your generosity giving access to the course free for early adopters. It would have taken some time to put together, and your generosity is not lost on me. Hopefully you get a lot of interested clients, it’s worth the price.
