It has been 20 days since the 1st day I enrolled in the course and I completed all modules/lessons last week. It is an amazing and comprehensive course that provides the necessary knowledge to begin with the commercial property investment journey. My partner and I already invested in resi properties and though I have basic knowledge about finance/cashflow/investment, I would say education and mentorship is always crucial for the next journey and this commercial property course absolutely can do so. The course is very attractive and it only took me less than 3 weeks to complete. Highly recommended!

I can only comment regarding Steve course on the commercial property institute, as I haven’t used his other services. However I found the course structure and content to be very informative and detailed. The course gives access to some great spread sheets and due diligence check lists. Really useful tools. Great work Steve and thanks for your generosity giving access to the course free for early adopters. It would have taken some time to put together, and your generosity is not lost on me. Hopefully you get a lot of interested clients, it’s worth the price.

It looks at all of the questions, concepts and practical knowledge to take on commercial investing yourself. The course provider Steve is on-hand to answer questions and comments as well! Great course for any residential investor seriously considering commercial investing, but apprehensive. The course is really well laid out in terms structure and ease of understanding. Concepts clearly explained and build on what was previously covered. The videos are at the right duration and and the additional resources are very handy.
