A big thank you for wonderful team at Palise Property- Steve, Liam and Sarah. My partner and I wanted an investment property but didn’t know where to start our search or what to look out for. After speaking with Steve, he was able to answer all of our questions and guide us through the process of finding and purchasing our first investment property. Steve and his team located a property that met the requirements we were looking for in an investment, negotiated the price and walked us through the whole process. I have no hesitation recommending his services to family and friends and will be engaging his services in the future.

Property investing is one tough cookie to crack if you've never exposed yourself to this world. After years of playing chicken with the idea, I received Steve's details off a friend which had used Steve's services to secure his first property, and thought I'd give him a call too. That was about 2 months ago, and I'm now the owner of my first investment property which had just settled this week, with a tenant moving in 1 day after settlement generating me immediately income. I could not speak more highly of Steve, Liam and the team and would not hesitate/ will be using them again. Steve is very responsive, and generous with his IP, even before engagement fee is exchagned. His team presented a deal to me within 48 hours of engagement.
