Steve and his team helped us find and secure our first investment property. We decided to go a small commercial property so there were a lot of unknowns for us entering this space but the team acquired the property, put us in contact with the right people the whole way through to make the transaction as seamless as possible. Steve's book was the best resource I found in the commercial property space. Working with his team has made the purchasing process relatively stress free and a positive learning experience. Liam took calls and responded to emails at all hours of the day and was willing to explain all the details.
