Highly recommend doing the Commercial Property course as it is very well considered and structured with detail across a number of areas whether you are a first time or seasoned commercial investor. I found it very useful with lots of great and relevant content.

Got given the free commercial real-estate education program from Palise Property, it has turned out to be exactly what I have been trying to find on YouTube. An in-depth, very well explained series of videos and literature/tools to educate myself past the "basics" that are on YouTube in a huge number. The constant availability of Steve to help explain and direct more well explained answers on each module is quite impressive. Very well spent time completing this course IMHO.

I would highly recommend Steve Palise's Commercial property investing course for all persons wishing to enter the commercial property investing space. The straight forward easy to follow content, video, case studies and quiz's would be a huge asset to any new commercial investor or even residential investor looking to formulate a long term investment strategy.

I found Steve quite knowledgeable and really knows his stuff. The approach they developed is thorough and systematic (probably because he was an engineer before). Steve is approachable and easy to communicates. I have also watched his commercial investment course, which is well-presented. The course is comprehensive and would be beneficial for both new and experienced investors. I highly recommend Steve Palise if you’re looking to invest in commercial (or residential) real estate.

We've just used Palise Property to purchase our second commercial property. Again everything from start to finish was a breeze. We had an intial chat again with Steve to discuss our options and how best to build our portfolio. The process of getting the property over the line again was easy with plenty of guidance from the Palise team (Liam, Belinda, Sarah). Its great to be able to speak with the owner of a business direct and also be in email contact with any queries. All aspects of the process were dealt with professionally, courteously and promptly. Have recommended to friends and will be back for property number 3.

A great commercial property course

We are the proud owners of a $1.2M commercial property which will set us up for retirement thanks to Palise Property. Steve and his expert team helped us every step of the way with education and recommendations of mortgage brokers, conveyancers, property managers, etc. There is heaps of due diligence and to be honest, I didn't even ask about it. I trust them as a buyers agent to find any issues for us. Looking forward to the next one.

We had a great experience with the Palise team. The seller threw a couple of curve balls our way, however thanks to Adrian and the rest of the team, we got a great result in the end.

We have bought two investments with the Palise team - a duplex in Queensland in our names, and a commercial warehouse also in Queensland within a trust inside of our SMSF. We have had some experience in the residential space, but it was still very reassuring to access their knowledge of where to look, use them to negotiate (which I'm not great at), and then follow their system in doing all of the due diligence and completing settlement. I just felt like it absorbed some of the risk, and we were quite happy to pay for that. We are quite new to both the SMSF and commercial property world, so we really relied on the team, along with our mortgage broker, to guide us. It is quite a complex process, but was broken down into easier steps by the team. Again, we were happy to pay for this quality of service. I would recommend Steve and his team to anyone who wants to take the leap into working towards their future but would like support to make sure they don't stuff it up!
