Steve's book was the best resource I found in the commercial property space. Working with his team has made the purchasing process relatively stress free and a positive learning experience. Liam took calls and responded to emails at all hours of the day and was willing to explain all the details. The due diligence report was extensive, and they had fantastic references to other commercial property services (solicitors, insurance brokers, property managers etc.) It's been a pleasure working with them!

Steve and his team helped us find and secure our first investment property. We decided to go a small commercial property so there were a lot of unknowns for us entering this space but the team acquired the property, put us in contact with the right people the whole way through to make the transaction as seamless as possible. Right from the start with a recommendation for a Broker to solicitors, pest and building, property managers and Insurance brokers. The Due Diligence report was very in depth and had everything we needed in it to make the decision to purchase. The team negotiated a purchase price well under asking price and also a price reduction after pest and building picked up on a few items.
